Camorali
Surrounded by the vineyards of the Piacenziano natural geological reserve, the Camorali Pierluigi winery is located in Chiavenna Rocchetta, a hamlet of Lugagnano Val d’Arda, in the Dametti area, in the heart of the Chiavenna Valley.
The protagonists of the company are undoubtedly the wines: among the best of the Colli Piacentini Doc, they are vinified entirely from grapes from their own vineyards, and located in the heart of the Piacenziano natural geological reserve.
In addition to the classic productions of the Colli Piacentini such as Gutturnio and Ortrugo, the company also produces typical wines of the area such as the Monterosso val d'Arda; to these are added still red wines of great structure and a Charmat method sparkling wine based on Chardonnay and Ortrugo (spumante). The company covers an area of 11 hectares and is currently managed by the brothers Matteo and Tiziano who, with the help of father Pier Luigi, represent the third generation that continues the family winemaking tradition.
